“My dad was overwhelmed in the process of buying hearing aids. I googled Advanced Tech and learned about their company, knowing its family owned really stood out to me. So i sent them an email and within 1 business day (it was the weekend), i received a personal text from one of the owners, Jennifer. She was checking in, answering a lot of my questions and was very patient. She went above and beyond even though she knew my dad may choose Costco. After a few days, my dad decided to take an appointment and he was so pleased! He is in his 80’s and he said she was very nice, patient and extremely thorough. He can finally hear better than he has ever heard! We highly recommend Advanced Tech and its great to help a local business who cares. Thank you Jennifer for helping my dad hear again!!”
