Ed chose this field to help people experience better hearing and a better quality of life. He takes a personal, education-first approach with every patient and only recommends solutions that fit their specific needs. Outside the office, Ed enjoys time with family, traveling, and golf.

Growing up in a family devoted to better hearing made becoming a Doctor of Audiology a natural path for Christopher. He is passionate about improving lives through clearer hearing and communication, and is helping grow AdvancedTech Hearing Aid Centers across Lancaster and other parts of Pennsylvania.
Hearing Instrument Specialist & Marketing Director
Jennifer's family has been in the hearing industry for more than 40 years, alongside her sister Farrah and brother Christopher. In addition to leading marketing, she holds her PA Department of Health Dispensing Credentials and loves seeing patients light up when they realize how much more of the world they can hear. Off the clock, she's with her two young boys — at the beach in summer and the slopes in winter.
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Cindy was inspired to enter the field while helping her father navigate hearing loss. She completed her apprenticeship at AdvancedTech in 1995 and has been caring for patients ever since — treating them like family and building lifelong relationships. When she's not at work she's with her grandkids, hiking near her mountain home, or hunting down new lighthouses and caves to explore.

Kelly loves seeing patients rediscover sounds and conversations they thought were lost, and finds real meaning in helping the generation that came before her. At home, she enjoys flower gardening, cooking for her family, and checking things off her to-do list.
